- October 13, 2008 Kinetics receives HUB certification by The Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts.
- April 9, 2008 Kinetics begins offering bulk email delivery services, leveraging over 10 years expertise in building highly scalable, mission critical messaging systems for a variety of business applications and industries.
- August 13, 2007 Kinetics begins development of a MQ messaging bus for a Foreign Trade Zone management company per the specifications of the Customs and Trade Automated Interface Requirements (CATAIR).
- March 15, 2007 Kinetics starts the consolidated Data Warehousing project for a global IT hosting company in Dallas, Texas
- Feb 8, 2007 Kinetics receives filer code from U.S. Customs and Border Protection, begins testing ABI messaging.
- January 2, 2007 Kinetics begins development of a suite of application modules supporting ABI messaging with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).
- May 31, 2006 Kinetics acquires compliance training programs from Million Air Consultants.
- January 18, 2005 Kinetics, Inc. (formerly Kinetic Information Technologies, Inc.) changes name to reflect expanded scope of operations.
- November 29, 2003 Kinetic Information Technologies, Inc. begins partnership with Million Air Consultants to offer regulatory compliance training.
- April 28, 2002 Kinetic Information Technologies, Inc. begins Vastera TradeSphere integration and implementation project for a global small package and logistics services company.
- September 23, 2001 Kinetic Information Technologies, Inc. begins operating Online Commercial Fastener Distributor.
- October 10, 1998 Kinetic Information Technologies, Inc. offers Network Administration Services.
- May 11, 1998 Kinetic Information Technologies, Inc. begins Retek integration and implementation project for a national arts and crafts retailer.
- May 1, 1998 Kinetic Information Technologies, Inc. is granted corporate charter by the State of Texas
